All of our products are handmade with care, so please allow [3–7 business days] for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for custom orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade products. Each item is made with love, and we hope you’ll cherish it. However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Returns
Because our items are handmade, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
